I was excited that i found a bubble tea place because i was craving it! I was also surprised when I ordered it and it wasnt what I expected. The bubble tea was not awesome and the tapioca balls were not cooked all the way.

Everytime I am in portland I go to Bubble Tea, its so yummy. I like that they have several computers for customers to use & enjoy drinking my bubble tea & surfing the net.
